01About Us

We built the firm from the other side of the table.

For two decades we sat inside the organisations that hire firms like ours — running a country business for a global industrial group, leading communications for the largest community of foreign investors in Serbia. We know what good advice looks like from the receiving end, and how rarely it arrives.

Most advisory work in this region falls into one of two gaps. Local knowledge without executive judgement. International method without local reality. Energy, infrastructure and industrial projects are lost in the space between them.

Bridge Advisory exists to close that space. We are deliberately small. Clients work with us directly, not with a team assembled around us, and we advise only on work we have done ourselves.

02Our value

Deep regional market knowledge, executive-level experience, strong institutional and vendor network, and practical support for complex projects and investments.

  • 01

    Deep regional market knowledge

Not a map of the region. Two decades of operating in it.

  • 02

    Executive-level experience

We have held the roles our clients hold, and made the decisions they are making.

  • 03

    Strong institutional and vendor network

Access built over careers, not assembled for a mandate.

  • 04

Practical support for complex projects and investments

From the strategy on paper to the meeting where it is decided.

03Leadership

The two people accountablefor the work.
